Role Description:
We are seeking an experienced Trademark Attorney to join us as a Partner. As a Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction and growth of our trademark practice. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing strategic advice and legal counsel to clients on trademark matters.

Managing trademark prosecution, including drafting and filing applications, responding to office actions, and handling appeals.

Conducting trademark searches and providing clearance opinions.

Advising on trademark enforcement, oppositions, cancellations, and infringement matters.

Collaborating with clients to develop and implement trademark protection strategies.

Networking and developing new business opportunities to expand the client base.
Requirements

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with the state bar.

Minimum of 7 years of experience practicing trademark law, with a demonstrated track record of successfully handling trademark matters

Proven track record of successfully building and maintaining a book of business.

Strong expertise in trademark prosecution, including proficiency in drafting and reviewing trademark applications and responding to office actions.

Experience in trademark enforcement and litigation is a plus.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.

Proven ability to generate business and develop client relationships.
