Madison brings a unique blend of business acumen and legal knowledge to her practice. Madison’s practice focuses on trademark prosecution, brand enforcement, and federal IP litigation. She advises startups, creatives, and growing businesses across industries on protecting and strategically growing their brands, handling all phases of trademark prosecution, from clearance searches to registration, as well as portfolio maintenance, copyright applications, and enforcement matters. She also represents clients in proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and supports the litigation group, including research, drafting briefs and motions, and discovery management.
Beyond her client-facing work, Madison manages the firm’s internship and summer associate programs. She is committed to creating meaningful learning experiences and equipping aspiring attorneys with the tools to succeed in their legal careers.
Outside the office, Madison enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her puppy, Brooklyn, and mentoring law students as they navigate the challenges of law school.

Madison is a graduate of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law where she served as the President of the Cardozo Fashion Law Society and as a Student Member of the Fashion Law Committee of the New York City Bar Association. Madison graduated magna cum laude from St. John’s University Tobin College of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Business with concentrations in Marketing and Management. Madison has worked in-house at major companies such as Tupperware Brands and Ziff Davis.
