KimberMarie Faircloth

KimberMarie is an intellectual property attorney with a passion for creativity and art. She holds a degree in Anthropology from the College of Charleston, where she first explored the intersection of law, art, and cultural preservation. After two years as a leasing agent, she pursued law school to pursue a career in intellectual property. At ESCA, KimberMarie focuses on online brand enforcement, legal research, and litigation support.
 
She also contributes to the firm’s marketing efforts, crafting long-term strategies to promote ESCA’s IP services. Outside the office, KimberMarie enjoys weightlifting, walking with friends, cooking, and delving into film history. An avid writer, she freelances on various subjects as well as authors The Sailor’s Daughter, a newsletter dedicated to fostering resilience and personal growth.
