PARTNER / LITIGATION

DANIELLE ZOLOT

Danielle Zolot is a litigation Partner at ESCA Legal, where she helps businesses across multiple industries in the advertising, media, marketing, entertainment, and consumer goods navigate complex and sensitive disputes. She advises on a broad range of issues including trademark and copyright enforcement, right of privacy, intellectual property, and employment matters, and manages cases from inception to resolution across all phases of litigation, from pre-suit strategy through discovery and trial.

Danielle brings creative, strategic solutions to clients of all sizes, with a sharp focus on intellectual property disputes in an evolving legal landscape. A dedicated problem solver, she is equally comfortable handling critical motions and intense negotiations, and has opposed large and small firms, government agencies, and pro se plaintiffs. Her experience includes acting as amicus curiae before federal circuit courts and the Supreme Court of the United States in arguing for the return of Nazi-looted Holocaust-era artwork to its rightful heirs.

Danielle joined ESCA from Davis+Gilbert where she represented clients across the advertising, media, entertainment, and retail spaces in connection with litigation and disputes.  Danielle began her career at Cahill Gordon & Reindel before moving to Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, where she handled complex commercial and consumer protection litigation.

Outside the office, Danielle enjoys traveling, attending comedy shows, and spending time with her husband, son, and daughter, especially at the Jersey Shore.
