Who Should Apply?

We are seeking 2L or 3L law students currently enrolled at a U.S. ABA-accredited law school who have completed coursework in trademark law, copyright law, and/or fashion law, and who demonstrate a strong interest in both transactional and litigation aspects of intellectual property. Our ideal candidate is passionate, proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct legal research on trademark and copyright matters

  • Assist in preparing filings for the USPTO and USCO

  • Support brand enforcement strategies, including takedown notices and infringement analysis

  • Draft client communications and memoranda

  • Engage in special projects related to intellectual property law

  • Gain exposure to TTAB and IP litigation matters

  • And more!
