Who Should Apply?
We are seeking 2L or 3L law students who have completed coursework in trademark law, copyright law, and/or fashion law and demonstrate a strong interest in intellectual property. 1L law students with a demonstrated interest and relevant experience in IP are encouraged to apply. Our ideal candidate is passionate, proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative.
What You’ll Do:

Conduct legal research on trademark and copyright matters

Assist in preparing filings for the USPTO and USCO

Support brand enforcement strategies, including takedown notices and infringement analysis

Draft client communications and memoranda
-
Engage in special projects related to intellectual property law

Gain exposure to TTAB and IP litigation matters
