Adam Witzburg is the Co-Founder and COO of ESCA and the architect of the firm’s modern operating model. He leads marketing, business development, firm operations, and technology strategy, with a growing focus on AI engineering, automation, and systems integration.

Adam works at the intersection of business and technology, developing and implementing AI-driven systems across ESCA’s operations, marketing, and legal workflows. His focus is on building practical, scalable technology that improves efficiency, supports better decision-making, and enhances the way the firm delivers legal services. He is also helping shape ESCA’s broader approach to AI adoption, with the goal of positioning the firm as a leader in the thoughtful integration of artificial intelligence into modern legal practice.

Before co-founding ESCA, Adam built a successful career in sales and financial services, ranking among the top 1% of mortgage loan originators nationwide. That experience continues to inform his approach to growth, client service, business development, and the design of systems that support a high-performing organization.

Outside of work, Adam is passionate about health, fitness, and the outdoors. He is an avid runner, cyclist, golfer, and snowboarder, and spends most of his free time with his two sons, Adam and Sage.
