She has effectively represented clients before the Trademark Trial & Appeal Board, secured infringing domain names through UDRP proceedings, and played a crucial role in a federal jury trial where her team successfully defended against claims of cybersquatting. Marie also possesses a talent for negotiating favorable settlements in contentious proceedings. Marie brings to ESCA her expertise and focus on pre-litigation disputes, practice before the Trademark Trial & Appeal Board, and brand enforcement.

Victoria received her law degree from the Santa Clara University School of Law, where she specialized in Intellectual Property Law. Prior to joining the firm, Marie served as in-house counsel at Yahoo! and became a partner at the IP law firm, Loza & Loza.
